Stuff to Know

Clients are not allowed to wear shoes while exercising on equipment. We recommend socks with grippers on the bottom. No food or drink is allowed in the Studio other than water.

We will notify you by email three hours in advance of classes for closings due to adverse weather conditions or any other issues requiring the Studio to be closed. Make-ups are allowed for missed classes due to adverse weather.

LNK Pilates is independent of Merritt but located within the Cranbrook Merritt facility. You do not need to be a Merritt member to use the Studio. If you are not a member of Merritt, please sign-in at the front desk upon arrival and proceed to the Studio. Please refrain from using any Merritt equipment during your visit. The Merritt Kids Zone IS available to Merritt non-members. LNK Pilates is not responsible for the Merritt Kids Zone.
