LNK Pilates, LLC is an independent Pilates Studio offering private instruction and small group training in mat and equipment-based Pilates exercise. No membership fees are required.

We specialize in Athletic Conditioning & Restorative Health. Individual instruction and small group training classes focus on:

• Athletic Conditioning to enhance core stability and prevent injury
• Restorative exercise to improve flexibility, posture & balance
• Post-rehabilitation of injury & illness

LNK Pilates, LLC is solely dedicated to bringing the best of Pilates to our clients. The company is owned and operated by STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructors, Brenda Liscinsky and Stephanie Kafonek. We offer a safe and comfortable environment for all age groups and all levels of fitness.
