Payment & Make-Up Policies

PRIVATE & DUET SESSIONS

Payment is expected at the time of service for all Private and Duet Sessions. Payment may be made with cash, check or credit cards, however, all Clients booking private sessions are requested to put a credit card on file. Cancellations for Private and Duet Sessions require 24-hour notice. An administrative fee of $30 will be charged on your credit card for all cancellations within a 24-hour window prior to service without exception.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Classes are scheduled in eight-week blocks (occasional blocks may be shorter or longer to account for holidays). Payment is expected for the entire eight-weeks at the start of each scheduled block to reserve a space in a specific class or classes. Clients starting classes in the middle of an eight-week block will be pro-rated through the end of the current schedule.

We recognize that cancellations are inevitable and we offer a generous make-up policy. You must give 48 hours notice of cancellation to make up a class. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled class will not be allowed to make up. Any missed classes may be made up within the current block schedule but MAY NOT carry over to the next block schedule. If you are registered for an Athletic Conditioning Plus 70-minute class, make-ups may need to be completed in a 50-minute class (no refund issued).

Make-ups are scheduled directly with the Instructor. Make-ups can be done in any class at the same level or lower (Essential, Intermediate or Advanced) with either Instructor (Brenda or Stephanie). Please be considerate! Last minute cancellations do not give us enough time to fill the spot with other clients needing make-up classes. Our class size is small and the Studio is busy. If everyone co-operates, we will be able to accommodate the needs of all our clients!

We ask Clients to tell us as soon as they know a class will be missed and to schedule make-up classes in advance. Availability for make-up classes is not guaranteed. Priority goes to Clients that register for a specific class. Classes may not be full at the time a make-up is scheduled but may fill as the season schedule progresses and force a change in an earlier scheduled make-up class. We reserve the right to change a scheduled make-up class for any reason.
